birthday fun
Our day hasn't been terribly eventful but hanging around the place doing nothing is what Judd wanted. We have however had a little excitement. Judd and Donnie killed 2 snakes today. We've been noticing some around the pond lately but up until today they haven't been very successful at getting rid of them. The suckers were pretty big measuring in around 3-4 feet and I'm more than glad they are dead. Now we've got steaks on the pit and potatoes, corn and beans are cooking on the stove. We're eatin' good tonight!

Do you know what kind of snakes they were? luckily we don't have too many snakes in our neighborhood!
ReplyDeleteDonnie keeps calling them water snakes and Judd said they don't really know what they are. Thankfully Lucas isn't terribly interested in the water yet so he stays away.
